Complaints
If you are unhappy with any element of service, please speak to a member
of staff who will try to resolve any problems immediately. If this is not possible staff will be happy to
record details of your concerns and pass them onto the golf professional for their immediate attention.
Alternatively, if you wish to comment in writing please write to the Golf Manager below.
We aim to respond to you within ten working days from receipt of your comments.
