1. There are three categories of Golf Link membership, Bronze, Silver & Gold.
2. All membership types can be bought at any time during the year by adding them to your Leisure Card and become valid immediately for one year from the purchase date.
3. All three types offer preferential booking privileges. Tee times can be secured up to 10 days in advance from 10am and paid for when you arrive to play. Non-members can only book up to nine days in advance and payment is required when booking.
4. Golf Link memberships can only be purchased from and used at Birmingham City Council Golf Link courses - Boldmere, Cocks Moors Woods, Harborne Church Farm, Hatchford Brook, Hilltop, Lickey Hills and Pype Hayes golf courses.
5. No refunds in full or part will be granted throughout the term of the membership.
6. No refunds in full or part will be granted due to course closures or bad weather.
7. To receive your membership benefits, your Leisure Card must be swiped through the till in the golf shop. Non-production of your Leisure Card will result in the higher standard green fee being paid.
8. Payment can be made by cash, cheques, credit (e.g. Visa, Access) or debit card (e.g. Switch).
9. If paying by cheque, a bankers guarantee card is required. For payments greater than your cheque guarantee limit please write your name and address on the reverse of the cheque.
10. Leisure Card loyalty points are not credited on purchases of Golf Link memberships.
11. All memberships are strictly non-transferable.
Gold
12. Gold Golf Link membership offers you unlimited play throughout the week. Junior Gold Golf Link memberships are available for golfers under 18 years of age
13. You can choose between playing on a single nominated golf course or all seven golf courses.
14. Gold memberships (adults only) can be paid by monthly Direct Debit (see below).
Silver
15. Silver Golf Link membership offers unlimited play between Mondays to Fridays only (including Bank Holidays).
16. You can choose between playing on a single nominated golf course or all seven golf courses.
17. Silver memberships can be paid by monthly Direct Debit (see below).
Bronze
18. Bronze Golf Link membership offers you a price saving of up to £2.00 on your individual standard green fee.
Memberships Paid By Direct Debit - Terms and Conditions
19. The minimum contract is 12 months.
20. Your membership will continue until you cancel it.
21. Payments will be debited from your bank account on, or shortly after, the first day of each month.
22. Should an application for a direct debit payment be declined, your membership will be suspended until the account is paid in full.
23. If you cancel your Direct Debit your membership will end and subsequent rounds of golf will be charged at the standard rate.
24. If you cancel within the minimum 12-month contract period Birmingham City Council reserves the right to seek settlement of all outstanding fees. An administrative charge of £25.00 will also be levied.
25. At least 28 days notice must be given, in writing, for cancellation of the contract.
26. No refund will be given if you do not use the facilities or if our courses are closed due to bad weather.
27. All tee times are subject to availability.
Your Direct Debit Guarantee
28. This Guarantee is offered by all Banks and Building Societies that take part in the Direct Debit Scheme.
29. The efficiency and security of the scheme is monitored and protected by your own Bank or Building Society.
30. If the amounts to be paid or the payment dates change, Birmingham City Council will notify you 28 days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed.
31. If an error is made by Birmingham City Council or your Bank or Building Society, you are guaranteed a full and immediate refund from your branch of the amount paid.
32. You can cancel your Direct Debit at any time by writing to your Bank or Building Society. Please also send a copy of your letter to us. |
