There are a wide variety if fitness classes available at Moseley School Health & Fitness Centre, offering something for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level.
Here are the classes we have on offer:
BUMS, TUMS & THIGHS
Toning exercises for those problem bits! Often includes a low impact aerobic session to burn calories and build up
stamina. A great class for beginners.
Challenge your body in this unique class combining strength, endurance and cardio-vascular exercises. Great for improving sports performance. A class can include skipping, squats and press ups.
The art of Tai Chi, the sequence of movement. The Tai Chi form consists of a long sequence of flowing movements performed at a slow, rhythmic pace with deep coordinated breathing and full concentration. A moving meditation, regular practice of Tai chi promotes a sense of inner peace and tranquility.
