The exercise to Music Programme at Northfield Pool and Fitness
Centre has been designed to accommodate all levels of fitness
and classes are taught by some of Birmingham's premier instructors.
The emphasis is placed on enjoyment using safe and effective workouts!
Here are the classes we have on offer:
AEROBICS
A range of high or low impact moves designed to improve cardiovascular fitness.
Toning exercises for those problem bits! Often includes a low impact aerobic session to burn calories and build up
stamina. A great class for beginners.
A class which allows you to work at your own pace using a combination of cardiovascular, muscular strength and endurance training, working in groups of 3 or 4 also make this a sociable session.
A water aerobic class suitable for non-swimmers as well as swimmers. With the added support and resistance from the water this class can offer a whole body workout.
