Welcome To Stechford Cascades
Stechford Cascades was originally opened on 20th June 1962. The Cascades were refurbished and reopened by Nick Gillingham on 21st September 1991. The centre has a competiton-standard 25 metre pool which is ideal for the serious swimmer. A family pool which is suitable for all members of the family and teaching pool with warm, shallow water ideal for children who are new to swimming. The cascades is a series of pools with a slide, water falls and jets. It also has bubble seats and a spa pools. If you and your family like the water you'll love Stechford Cascades.

CASCADES
The Cascades pool has 110 metres of sheer excitement. Only one person rides the slide at a time. To use the slide you must be at least 1.2m (4ft) tall and be able to swim.

PULSE POINT GYM
The Pulse Point Gym at Stechford Cascades has a superb line up of exercise stations, from rowing and jogging machines to multi-gyms and free weights. Fully qualified staff are on hand at all times and a balanced range of other facilities are also available. Stechford's Pulse Point Gym is designed to appeal to a whole range of fitness levels.

JUNIOR PULSE POINT
Juniors may use the gym when accompanied by a responsible adult over 16 years. Junior Pulse Point 14 & 15 year olds must bring proof of age and a letter of consent from parent or guardian to their initial session.
