The aerobic programme at Alexander Stadiums should have something for everyone. So you should
be able to find the right class for you - whatever your age or fitness level.
All classes are taught by fully qualified instructors, who will ensure you work out at the right pace for you.
NEW BODY
A muscular strength and endurance workout for the whole body. This class will tone muscles using hi & lo impact moves and may also include hand held weights.
Toning exercises for those problem bits! Often includes a low impact aerobic session to burn calories
and build up stamina. A great class for beginners.
Challenge your body in this unique class combining strength and endurance exercises, using boxing techniques and equipment to complete a full body workout. Great fun!
