How To Start Using Pulse Point Gyms/What is an induction?

If you’ve never used a Pulse Point or Power Point gym before, you will first need to book an induction session with a fitness instructor, who will show you how to use the equipment safely and advise you on getting the best possible results.

During your induction a starter programme will be designed to meet your fitness goals. As you become fitter your programme will become easier.
