The Sports Centre contains indoor facilities for:

Basketball
Netball
2 Indoor Cricket Nets
3 Badminton
5 a-side Football
18 Station Pulse Point Gym

The sports hall is capable of housing two simultaneous Junior basketball or netball courts, 2 indoor cricket nets or three badminton courts.

This state of the art facility includes both Cardio Vascular (11 pieces of equipment) and resistance/weight machines (7 pieces of equipment), which have been selected to ensure access is available to all including those with disabilities and taking into account the needs of the local community.

In addition there is an 18 station Pulse Point Fitness Gym.

Refreshments are available via vending machines, or there is a tea preparation area which can be used by groups hiring the facilities.

The centre is located on Cockshut Hill at Cockshut Hill School, just off Garrets Green Lane, Sheldon. Bus route numbers 15, 17, 69 and 59a, all pass within a short distance of the centre.
There is also a large FREE car park for all site visitors.
