Our
sauna incorporates a revolutionary
colour therapy session. As the light
moves through shades of blue, red,
green and yellow this unique system
promotes a feeling of well being and
relaxation.

PLEASE NOTE: swimwear must be worn
at all times in the sauna and steam
suite.

timetable will be reviewed after
three months and may be altered
to suit customer demand.

wristbands, and wristbands must
