The Exercise to Music Programme at Saltley Community Leisure Centre has been designed to accommodate all levels of fitness and classes
and are taught by some of Birmingham's premier instructors. The emphasis is placed on enjoyment using safe and effective workouts!
Here are the classes we have on offer:
Over 50s Exercise
An exercise class aimed at people who are looking to improve their general health and wellbeing. The instructor will
guide and motivate you through specially choreographed low impact moves combined with gentle conditioning exercises. It is a great way
to improve your energy levels. Other benefits include improved mobility, and an improvement of the function of the heart and lungs.
This class consists of a circuit of structured exercises incorporating aerobic and resistance stations. Participants
receive constant motivation throughtout the class to ensure that they work to the best of their ability. This class is suitable for beginners
who are looking to reduce their body weight, increase their muscle tone and improve the function of the heart and lungs.
