something for everyone, no
matter what age or fitness

Here are the classes we have
on offer:
BUMS, TUMS & THIGHS
Toning exercises for those problem bits! Often includes a low impact aerobic session to burn calories and build up stamina.
A great class for beginners.
SALSA FIT
Work out to Salsa music, no partner required, conditions bums tums and thighs.
STEP AEROBICS
An effective, high or low impact workout to increase stamina, improve coordination and tone the lower body.
