kids Swim4Free enables Birmingham children to swim free at all 17 of its pools!

• Check that your child qualifies for the scheme
  according to the eligibility criteria
  
• If they do qualify then complete the rest of the form
  It is important that you sign the declaration in
  section six
  
• Take the completed form to your nearest Birmingham
  City Council swimming pool or leisure centre
  
• When you hand the form in at reception, your child’s
  photograph will be taken. This is an essential part
  of the application process, the photograph will only
  remain on our computer system for our records and
  will not appear on the Swim4Free Leisure Card or
  be used for any other purpose
  
• Once the application has been processed, the
  receptionist will issue the card and your child will be
  able to swim free in any of Birmingham City Council’s
  17 swimming pools until their 16th birthday
